Dr. Kathi Westphal-Settele has been a research associate at the German Environment Agency since 2012 and works in the IV2.2 Medicinal Products Department. Her work primarily involves assessing the environmental risks of human and veterinary medicinal products (ecotoxicology) and also covers the issue of antibiotic resistance in the environment.
