Uwe Schneidewind is Professor for Innovation Management and Sustainability at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal. He was President of the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy from 2010 to 2020, after holding scientific positions in Cologne, St. Gallen and Oldenburg. The focus of his research is on transformation processes in society, cities and companies.
